Values are what is important for us when making decisions or bringing new people to the team. Principles are simple rules that help us act according to values without thinking too much on every decision.
Each value in this list has a few principles under it.
We operate on the intersection of these three circles:
This allows us to work hard while enjoying it, and achieve results others can only dream of.
Finding your purpose requires both listening to yourself and understanding others. We listen to ourselves to understand what we are passionate about. We watch ourselves and seek feedback to understand what we are good at. We talk to our customers (internal and external) to know what adds value.
If you don't feel like you are in your purpose zone for more than a few days, you should fix it or talk to someone.

Show, don't tell. We like discussing things, but we love seeing tangible deliverables even more. We have a bias for action. We complete high quality work quickly. We deliver something to someone every work day.
Work in Small Iterations
It is better to complete a small thing than almost complete a large thing. We know something is complete when it adds value to someone.
