Using unique AI-powered architecture, we automate building customer-facing integrations for SaaS products. Our technology helps connect hundreds of business applications into seamless workflows.

In this role, you will help our customers implement integration features they want to add to their SaaS products. You will do it directly (by helping them build prototypes) and indirectly (by creating pre-built solutions and examples).

Responsibilities

• Understand what customers want to build and translating it into integrations configuration and code. You will build a lot of prototypes / live demos.
• Collect patterns and populate our library of pre-built integration solutions.
• Provide feedback to our product team to make the product more and more self-service.
• (optional) Improving documentation and other customer-facing artifacts.
• (optional) Implementing changes in the product to make the developer experience better.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of front-end (React) and backend (Node.js) development.
• Experience working with SaaS APIs and building integrations.
• Ability and desire to work autonomously - there will be no manager to tell you what to do every day.

Great to have

• Understanding of business SaaS space (CRMs, task management, accounting, HR tools).
• Experience with integrations platforms.
